Want your Bedrock server to work with BedrockConnect's texture pack system? This page explains how everything works and what you can do to get your server supported.
How BedrockConnect checks your server
BedrockConnect uses two bot accounts to automatically connect to servers and check if they have a resource pack:
- BexiiiGC
- TabbyBrick7990
These bots connect to your server, check if a resource pack exists, download it if available, and store it. This is how the Supported / Not supported / Unknown status in the app is determined.
Our bots check every server once every 24 hours. This means if you change your server's resource pack, it won't update in BedrockConnect immediately — it can take up to 24 hours. During that time, the app still serves the cached (old) version of the pack, so players might not see the new textures right away.
Why your server might show "Not supported"
There are two common reasons:
1. Anti-bot protection is blocking us
If your server uses anti-bot or anti-DDoS systems, our bots can't connect. Your server will show as "Not supported" even if you have a resource pack.
How to fix this:
Whitelist our two bot accounts on your server:

If you also need the IP addresses of our bots to whitelist them in your firewall or DDoS protection, open a ticket on our Discord and we'll send them to you.
Once you've whitelisted the bots, open a ticket on Discord to let us know. We can trigger a manual check so you don't have to wait 24 hours.
2. Your server doesn't have a resource pack
If your server simply doesn't use a resource pack, there's nothing for BedrockConnect to fetch. The server will show as "Not supported" because there is no pack to serve to players.
Option B: Add our pack manually
If whitelisting is not possible — for example because your anti-bot system can't whitelist individual accounts — there's a second option.
You can add the BedrockConnect resource pack directly to your server:

Download this pack and add it as a server resource pack on your Bedrock server. This way, BedrockConnect doesn't need to fetch anything — the pack is already there.
After adding our pack to your server, open a ticket on Discord so we can manually set your server's status to Supported. Our bots won't detect it automatically in this case.

Partner program
Verified servers appear in the Partner tab in the app. Partners are reviewed and confirmed by the BedrockConnect team.
Partner servers can also apply to be ad-free — so players can connect without watching ads. This is optional and not included by default.
